To create an arts and cultural organization that will connect the community with creativity by producing first-class programs, promoting the development of individual creative expression, provide innovative arts programs and opportunities for children, youth, and adults and by perpetuating an awareness and appreciation for and involvement in all forms of artistic creativity.
